Mountain View Fishing and Hunting Lodge
Situated on Nepewassi Lake, surrounded by mammoth rock formations, majestic pines, white birch, and maples, Mountain View Fishing and Hunting Lodge is waiting for you. Nepewassi Lake is a large lake, with a vast abundance of fish. Walleye, large and smallmouth bass, muskie, northern pike, and perch all dwell here. The scenery is breathtaking, and teaming with wildlife. It is not uncommon to see loons, waterfowl, beavers and otters at play, or moose and bear and deer swimming out to an island.
Our rustic housekeeping cottages include everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We also have a trailer park with serviced trailer sites that are available daily, weekly, monthly, or year-round. Additionally, we have a General Store with ice, bait, clothing, souvenirs, food supplies, and any other basics you may have forgotten.
Boats with motors, canoes, and paddle boat rental are available, or bring your own, as we provide rental docking space. Gas, bait, and tackle are available in our General Store.
In the fall, we offer black bear and/or moose hunting packages. Take advantage of our expertise hunting on both private and Crown lands. If you are interested in one of our hunts, give us a call and we can start planning your next trip right away.
Mountain View Fishing and Hunting Lodge is ideal for the whole family as well as for the sportsman. The kids will appreciate swimming on our private sandy beach or playing at the playground. Other amenities include: a central shower house, our coffee shop, payphone for emergencies or touching base, fish cleaning station, and ice shanty rentals for spectacular wintertime ice fishing adventures. Bring the snowmobile! We have excellent “all inclusive” ice fishing weekend packages.
