In addition to all that the main lake has to offer, you will find 5 other remote lakes near the back of the campground. Each of these back lakes are easily accessible by a short portage. Once there, you will find boats and motors available for your own personal use. Simply bring your best fishing gear and you’ll be good to go. Just a few types of fish that you may find in these waters include Lake Trout, Whitefish, Smallmouth Bass, Norther Pike and Walleye.

Year-round hunting is another main reason why visitors flock to Lake Herridge during both the warm and cold seasons. Plant yourself on a lake-side moose stand or hunt for bear, wolf, hare and grouse. The simple serenity that the main lake and back lakes at Lake Herridge Lodge offer keep visitors coming back for a new vacation experience each year.
